Shikshan-Shilp

Through Shikshan-Shilp we build the capacities of all the stake holders associated with ECCE. We support them to develop a shared understanding and vision of ECCE that percolate across the system. We work with pre-service and in-service teachers to develop an understanding of children and various components of ECCE curriculum, pedagogy and assessment. We support them to effectively plan, organise and transact developmentally appropriate experiences for the holistic development of children

We prepare the school heads and educational leaders to provide constructive feedback and pedagogical support while monitoring and supervising schools. The ultimate goal is to transform all the functionaries into reflective practitioners and pedagogical leaders.
