It is our advocacy programme to sensitize parents, teachers, education systems and communities towards the importance of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP) and quality school readiness programs during early age that facilitate the smooth transition of children to formal education.

TIDES (Training and implementation of Developmentally Appropriate practices during Early Years for School Readiness) is our program to implement effective ECCE programmes at systemic level.
‘Nanhe Kadam’- a curriculum was created for Angandwadi workers in collaboration with JKASW, supported by UNICEF for ICDS Department, J & K in 2022. It is based on the goals of ECCE envisaged in NEP 2020 and NIPUN Bharat guidelines. It aims to provide rich learning experiences to children in the different domains of development.
We are working on the digitalisation of Anganshala in collaboration with JKASW and UNICEF. The parents and Anganwadi workers can get daily activities, worksheets, videos and audios of stories and songs on their WhatsApp by using Chatbot.
ICDS curriculum 'Nanhe Kadam' along with its activity books was launched by the Chief Secretary, J & K, Dr Arun Kumar Mehta. Commissioner Secretary, Social Welfare, J & K, Sheetal Nanda, Mission Director ICDS, J & K, Rubina Kousar and Mr. Danish Aziz, Education Specialist UNICEF.
EduWeave Foundation was felicitated during the event for creating this curriculum and training ICDS functionaries under the "Systemic support to the education department for ECCE & OoSC in light of NEP 2020 in J & K" in collaboration with JKASW and UNICEF.
