यह प्रश्न सरल लगता है, लेकिन इसका उत्तर प्रारंभिक बाल्यावस्था शिक्षा की पूरी समझ को बदल देता है।

Gadhbo Bachpan कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत छत्तीसगढ़ के आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में काम करते हुए मुझे यह महसूस हुआ है कि बच्चों के सीखने की प्रक्रिया को समझे बिना, कोई भी शैक्षिक हस्तक्षेप अधूरा रहता है। जब मैंने बच्चों को वास्तव में देखना शुरू किया — उनके खेलने के तरीके को, उनकी जिज्ञासा को, उनकी भाषा को — तब समझ आया कि वे हर पल सीख रहे होते हैं।
